This piece is 100% wool and entirely handmade. The wool painting is of an abandoned garage off route 9 in upstate NY. Abandonscapes are my series of felt paintings exploring the spaces we leave behind, the empty shells of our lives left out in the environment to be slowly consumed by the natural world.

The piece is wet felted and needle felted, framed in white, mounted on archival board and set with museum quality glass.
